‘Abu-Ghazaleh for Technology’ Signs Official Sales and Distribution Agency Agreement with Iraq-based Marmara Company

BAGHDAD - Talal Abu-Ghazaleh for Technology (TAGTech), a member of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital (TAG.GD), signed an official agency agreement with Marmara Al-Bayda General Trading Company – Iraq. Under the agreement, Marmara has been selected as an authorized agent for the sale and distribution of TAGTech-branded devices across Iraqi markets, including the Kurdistan Region.

It is worth mentioning that this agreement marks a significant milestone in strengthening the presence of TAGTech devices in the Iraqi market, one of the most prominent technology markets in the Arab world. It also gives the Iraqi company official authorized agent status, enabling it to manage the distribution and expand the reach of TAGTech devices throughout various governorates.

According to the terms of the agreement, TAGTech will supply the authorized agent with the devices and their original specifications, in addition to providing warranty and maintenance services, as well as the spare parts. TAGTech will also ensure providing the devices with the required software, educational content, and applications, in full compliance with approved technical standards.

Meanwhile, Marmara Company will be responsible for managing marketing and sales operations, opening new distribution channels in the Iraqi market, establishing an authorized maintenance center, receiving shipments, and managing supply requirements as outlined in the agreement.

It is worth mentioning that signing the agency agreement comes as part of TAG.GD’s strategy to expand the reach of the Arab-manufactured technology and reinforce the presence of the TAGTech brand in regional markets through partners equipped with the necessary expertise and operational infrastructure.
